What is Pay As You Go?

Our Pay As You Go service is designed to make your landscaping or driveway project more affordable, flexible, and low-risk. Instead of paying a large upfront sum, you only pay for:
  1. Materials upfront – which you own.
  2. Our labour, day by day – no big deposit, no ongoing commitment.
We’ll supply everything needed, get it ordered and delivered, and you simply pay as each day of work is completed.

how it works?

  1. Initial Planning & Quotation
    • We’ll assess your project and help plan the work in stages.
    • You’ll receive an estimate of materials needed and an outline of labour time required.
  2. Materials Sourced & Delivered
    • We handle the sourcing and ordering of all materials for you.
    • You pay the supplier directly or reimburse us on receipt — no markup, no hidden charges.
  3. Pay-As-You-Go Labour
    • Our team works on a daily rate basis.
    • You only pay per completed day of work — no lump sums or upfront labour fees.

You’re free to pause or stop work at any time without penalty.

Daily Labour Rate GUIDLINES

We believe in honest, transparent pricing that reflects the quality, skill, and effort we bring to every job. Below is a general guide to our daily rates:

Skilled LandscapING (Standard Work) £180 – 240 per day

For general landscaping tasks such as:

  • Garden prep & layout

  • Turfing & planting

  • Fencing & gates

  • Concrete or sandstone slab laying

  • Shed bases & simple structures

Specialist Landscaping (Porcelain, Paving & Precision Work) £250 – £300 per day

For high-spec or detailed work requiring advanced experience, including:

  • Porcelain patios

  • Intricate block paving patterns

  • Water features & ponds

  • Retaining walls & ground levelling

  • Precision deck construction

Labourer / Landscaping Assistant £100 – £140 per day

For support roles including:

  • Digging & groundwork

  • Site prep & cleanup

  • Assisting with fencing, laying materials, moving aggregates, etc.
